Julia has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2013. Julia obtained a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Pennsylvania State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Millersville University in Pennsylvania.
Prior to founding Bright Behaviors, Julia worked as the Clinical Director for separate two agencies in the greater Jacksonville area. In these roles, Julia worked in-home, clinic, and school settings providing skill acquisition and behavior reduction services to children and adolescents with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
Before moving from Pennsylvania, Julia worked as a consultant BCBA for Dr. Richard Foxx. Outside of work, Julia enjoys spending time with her children
Emily has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2017. Emily obtained a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Family and Child Sciences from the Florida State University.
Prior to founding Bright Behaviors, Emily was a BCBA for a center in the Jacksonville area. In this role, Emily worked in homes, schools, and clinic providing skill acquisition and behavior reduction services to children and adolescents with Autism and other developmental disabilities. Prior to obtaining her BCBA, she worked as a Registered Behavior Technician in a residential program specializing in ABA services for severe problem behaviors.
